NTC Conclusion of Sunset Review — Anti‑Dumping Duties on Phthalic Anhydride (effective 2026-06-05)

Issuer: National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Notice of conclusion of the sunset review of anti‑dumping duties imposed on dumped imports of Phthalic Anhydride originating in and/or exported from the People’s Republic of China, Chinese Taipei, Russian Federation and Republic of Korea.

Product under review: Phthalic Anhydride (product description and customs classification referenced by the Commission). Period of review (POR): January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2025. The Commission has determined likelihood of recurrence or continuation of dumping and injury to the domestic industry, and has decided to continue definitive anti‑dumping duties.

Definitive duties will be applied for a further period of five (05) years with effect from 2026-06-05. The non‑confidential version of the Commission's report is available on the Commission's website and the public file is accessible at the Commission's offices. The public file may be inspected in person during working hours Monday to Thursday between 1100 hrs and 1300 hrs.
