Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites interested parties to attend an open auction of prime hotel plots in Islamabad. The auction is scheduled for 12th October 2026 at 10:00 am at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. Revised brochures (Corrigendum 2) will be made available to purchasers free of cost.
Key benefits and terms include a 1-year flexible payment plan, possession on 75% payment, plan approval after 25% deposit, 5% rebate on total payment if settled within 30 days, and an additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD. Independent approach roads and all necessary facilitation will be provided by CDA.
