Issuer: Punjab Healthcare Commission. Procurement of services to develop a training module covering nine (9) functional areas of Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS). Eligible consultancy firms, consultants, government/non-government organisations, production houses, departments or institutions registered with relevant registration and tax authorities may apply.

Submission and bid security: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price shall be submitted/transferred online against PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System as per PPRA directions. Late bids will not be accepted.
Other conditions: Bids will be opened online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity: 120 days.
