NHMP Training College Sheikhupura — Prequalification for Open Framework Agreement (FFW9958)

National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), Training College Sheikhupura invites prequalification applications to establish an Open Framework Agreement for on-demand maintenance and repair services for a period of three financial years (2026-27, 2027-28 & 2028-29). Prequalification is for subsequent call-off contracts against the Framework Agreement (Reference No.: FFW9958).

Bid security: Rs. 70,000/- (earnest money) must be attached with the bid documents in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of "The DIG/Commandant NHMP Training College Sheikhupura." The prequalification process is open to all national applicants meeting the eligibility requirements in the Prequalification Documents.

How to apply: Complete applications must be uploaded electronically via PPRA EPADS v2.0 in accordance with E‑Procurement Regulations 2023. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

Deadline for submission: 2026-10-13 by 01:00 PM (applications will be opened electronically on the same day at 01:30 PM).
