Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for the post of Company Secretary to support corporate governance, board operations and regulatory compliance for the company reporting to the Board and Company Secretary.

| Purpose / Key responsibilities | Ensure compliance with SECP Code of Corporate Governance and Companies Act; organize and manage Board, Committee and AGM meetings including agenda, minutes and records; facilitate communication between Board, management and regulators; support corporate governance matters, director appointments and induction programs; maintain statutory registers, filings, company records and disclosure requirements; draft and review corporate policies and ensure regulatory compliance and disclosure. |
| Eligibility & Qualifications | Member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries OR Master's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or Law from a university recognized by HEC. |
| Experience & Skills | Significant post-qualification experience including multi-year experience as Company Secretary or similar role (senior experience with corporate governance, regulatory filings and board support); strong written communication, stakeholder management, secretariat skills, integrity and discretion; conversant with applicable laws and power sector regulatory framework. |
| Remuneration & Age | Market-based competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience. Maximum age limit 45 years as of the closing date of the advertisement. |
