University of Narowal Public Auction of Vehicle Parts, Electrical & Miscellaneous Items — 07 Oct 2026

The University of Narowal will hold a public auction of unserviceable, redundant and unusable items including vehicle spare parts, tyres, oils, electrical & IT material, sanitary fittings and other goods on Wednesday, 07 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Venue: Faize Ahmad Faize Lounge (opposite Old Campus), University of Narowal.

Inspection: A detailed list of items and quantities in the auction documents can be inspected at the Purchase Office / Store Section, University of Narowal during official working hours within five days from the publication of this notice.

Registration & Bid Submission: Interested individuals, firms or companies must complete registration by 09:30 AM on 07 October 2026. Every bidder must present a copy of valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), NTN and the receipt of earnest money deposit at the time of auction.

Earnest Money & Payment: Earnest money must be submitted as Pay Order / Bank Draft in favour of "Treasurer, University of Narowal." Full payment by the successful bidder must be deposited within five working days after approval; otherwise the sale will be cancelled and earnest money forfeited.

Terms: Bids will be on an "As is, Where is" basis in accordance with government rules and University directives. The highest bid will be treated as provisional and will be subject to final approval by competent University authorities. Loading, handling, transportation and all incidental expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
