PEF Tender: Event Management for Punjab Education Summit & Expo 2026 (Tender No. PEF/PROC/ADMIN/2026-27/08)

Issuer: Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). PEF invites sealed online bids for hiring an event management firm to arrange the Punjab Education Summit & Expo 2026.

Eligibility: Firms/companies/sole proprietors engaged in relevant services, registered with applicable registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.), and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System.

Bid submission: Submit online through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded to the eP system; the bid security amounting to PKR 5,000,000 (2%) is required.

Deadline and opening: Online bids must be submitted by 02:00 PM on 2026-10-08. Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on 2026-10-08 at the office of Punjab Education Foundation, 302-H/3, Johar Town, Lahore.

Other conditions: Bid validity minimum 120 days from the last submission date. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules; NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required.
