IESCO Invitation to Tender VEC/NCB/34-36 (Oct 2026) – Civil/Service Shifting & Cable Duct Works

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids under Single-Stage Single-Envelope National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the following civil and cable works. Bids must be submitted and will be opened on the dates shown below.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidders to submit e-bids in accordance with PPRA rules through IESCO's e-procurement system.

- PEC registration: Participating engineering firms/companies (including JV partners) must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant specialization and have valid registration through 30 June 2027.

- Tax & legal standing: Firms must be registered with FBR/possess NTN and be active on tax records.

- Experience: Relevant experience and requisite similar works completion certificates are required as per tender conditions.

- Bid security: 2% of the BOQ cost to be submitted in the shape of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Chief Executive IESCO, Islamabad.

- Bid opening: Bids will be publicly opened on the specified opening dates and times for each tender.
