Lahore Arts Council (Alhamra) Pre-Qualification Notice for Auditorium Chairs & Woollen Carpets

Government of the Punjab — Lahore Arts Council (Alhamra) invites applications for pre-qualification from eligible firms/companies/manufacturers/authorized importers/distributors/suppliers registered and operating in Pakistan through the Punjab e-Procurement System for procurement under the Revenue Component of CMI ADP Scheme.

The procurement covers Hall-I, Hall-II & Hall-III, Mall Complex and Hall-I & Hall-II, Cultural Complex, Lahore Arts Council (Alhamra).

The complete Pre-Qualification Document is available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System. All applications shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Applicants must authenticate their applications by uploading the prescribed documents on the e-Procurement System before the closing date and time; late applications will not be entertained. Only firms successfully pre-qualified under this process will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. Pre-qualification does not guarantee award of contract.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Any issue relating to submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System shall be the responsibility of the applicant.
