Application instructions: Download the prescribed application form from the hospital website (www.lrh.edu.pk). Send the completed form by registered courier to the Human Resources Department, Office of the Dean, Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution, Peshawar. Attach a covering letter, detailed curriculum vitae and copies of educational documents, experience certificates and research papers. Original deposit slip of the processing fee must be attached.
Fee & payment: Processing fee Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) to be deposited in MCB Account No. 08476081401003952 (Branch code 0958). The deposit slip titled "Receipt of Hospital LRH MTI" must be attached with the application.
Other notes: Incomplete or hand-submitted applications will not be entertained. Only post-qualification experience will be considered. Candidates providing false information may be disqualified.
