e-Bids Invited — C&W Highway Division Bannu: Road Construction & CHC Rehabilitation (ePADS)

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, Highway Division Bannu invites electronic bids on the e-PADe Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for specified works.

Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-22 at 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online through the eProcure system (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) are available for a non-refundable cost of Rs. 3,000 and may be downloaded from the eProcure site or obtained from the procuring office on any working day.

Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in hard form in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bid Security." The non-refundable Tender Entry Fee (in cash or CDR) must be submitted along with an affidavit (envelope marked "Tender Entry Fee / Affidavit"). Both envelopes must be delivered to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Bannu on or before the closing time.

The Financial Bid will be opened after approval of Technical Bids by the competent authority. Venue for bid opening: Office of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Bannu. In case of a tie in the financial bid, the winner will be decided by draw. Submission of forged or misleading documents will result in disqualification and possible legal/financial penalties.
