Pakistan Air Force Base Nur Khan (Chaklala), Rawalpindi invites open bids from well-reputed firms, companies or persons to run business over PAF land. Interested parties must submit bids in the name of Officer Commanding, PAF Base Nur Khan with required documents and bid security.

Site visits: From 05 to 10 October 2026, 1000–1600 hours (physically visit No 103 ALC and shop site).
Submission and opening: Bids to be sent in the name of Officer Commanding, PAF Base Nur Khan. Open bids will be conducted on 15 October 2026 from 1000 to 1300 hours at Admin Wing, PAF Base Nur Khan.
Required documents: Open bid on company letterhead; CNIC (valid photocopy); valid NTN & GST certificates; company registration letter; bid security pay order as stated above.
Other conditions: Bid security will be returned to non-successful bidders after final selection. Successful bidder must deposit security amount equal to six months' offered rent within 15 days from the date of opening of bid. Contract awarded for a maximum duration of 3 years. Bidding date may be moved to the next day in case of any untoward situation. Officer Commanding reserves the right to reject any part or the entire bidding process or to postpone/cancel the invitation of bids.
