Tender: Messing & Catering Services for Training Courses and Farmer Field Days — Water Management Training Institute, Lahore

The Director, Water Management Training Institute, Lahore invites e-bids for provision of messing services for training courses and catering services for farmer field days across the entire Punjab. Two lots are advertised: Messing Services for Training Courses (estimated PKR 9,000,000; bid security 3% = PKR 270,000) and Catering Services for Farmer Field Days / one-day training course in the entire Punjab (estimated PKR 4,000,000; bid security 3% = PKR 120,000). Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant authorities (Punjab Food Authority) and tax departments.

E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Submission deadline is 22 July 2026 at 11:00 am; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am.
