NAB Invitation for Prequalification — Repair & Maintenance Framework (FFW10245, FFW10251, FFW10254)

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) invites prequalification applications from eligible national firms/vendors for an Open Framework Agreement for procurement of non-consultancy repair and maintenance services. Prequalified suppliers will be eligible for subsequent invitation to bid(s) and call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement for a period of 12 months.

Key actions and deadlines:

- Prequalification applications must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-20 at 11:00 AM PKT.

- Applications will be opened electronically via EPADS v2.0 on 2026-10-20 at 11:30 AM PKT.

- Invitations to Bid are expected to be issued to prequalified applicants on 2026-10-02. The Open Framework Agreement is expected to be signed with the successful bidder(s) on 2026-10-28.

Eligibility and procedure:

- Process is open to all national applicants meeting the prequalification requirements specified in the Prequalification Documents.

- Prequalification documents and submission are handled via EPADS v2.0. Interested applicants may access documents and submit applications through EPADS (https://epads.gov.pk) and register as vendors at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.

- Manual submissions will not be entertained. Guidance regarding registration and bid submission is available on the EPADS portal.
