Public Notice: Proposed Mutation of Plot No.3, Bungalow No.68, Sialkot Cantt

Military Estates Officer, Gujranwala Circle issues notice of proposed mutation for a residential leasehold property held under Sch: O-C of the CLA Rules, 1937 in the name of Mr. Muhammad Akram S/o Sana Ullah.

Property details: Plot No. 3, Bungalow No. 68; Survey No. 158/2; area 606.666 sq. yds; located on Albok Road, Sialkot Cantt. The named lessee, Mr. Muhammad Akram S/o Sana Ullah, passed away on 2024-01-31. Civil Judge 1st Class, Sialkot, by court order dated 2024-11-02 declared the following persons as legal heirs of the deceased.

The legal heirs claim that the said property may be mutated in their favour. If any person, department or institution has any objection to the proposed mutation, they must submit documentary evidence to the undersigned within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice; otherwise the mutation will be incorporated in favour of the aforementioned legal heirs.
