The Directorate General of Literacy & Non‑Formal Basic Education (Monitoring & Assessment Wing), Lahore invites electronic bids on the Punjab e‑Procurement System for a framework contract to print assessment papers, attendance/result sheets, certificate/report cards and legal khaki envelopes.

Eligibility & Requirements: General order suppliers, manufacturers or firms engaged in trading registered with relevant authorities/Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax), holding professional tax certificate for FY 2026‑27 from the Excise & Taxation Department and registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

Bid Security: Scanned bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be uploaded electronically in the name of Director (Monitoring & Assessment), M&A Wing, Directorate General of L&NFBE in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Only bid securities submitted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System will be considered valid.

Submission & Documents: Complete electronic bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab e‑Procurement portal and the Directorate website: http://ep.punjab.gov.pk and www.literacypunjab.gov.pk. Bidders must quote rates class‑wise with PST and without PST; any item left unpriced will render the bid non‑responsive. Evaluation will be on the cumulative quoted rate for the entire package with PST.
