Public Notice: PIDC Properties — Status Quo and Prohibition on Transactions

Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Sindh issues a public notice regarding properties and assets of PIDC in Karachi. All parties are informed that a status‑quo (freezing) has been placed on the relevant PIDC assets; any sale, transfer, mortgage, lease or other transaction affecting these assets is prohibited and may be reversed. Matters are subject to investigation and legal proceedings, including actions by NAB and competent authorities.

The notice warns purchasers, financiers, tenants and other stakeholders that dealing with the affected PIDC properties carries legal risk; claims, encroachments or unauthorized occupation will be contested in law and responsible persons may face proceedings. The notice is issued for public awareness and to prevent further transactions until legal and administrative resolution.
