Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways — invitation for sealed bids under a single-stage, two-envelope or two variables procedure for lease of Pakistan Railways prime land on a lease model (public-private partnership).
Purpose: Lease of mixed-use commercial land for commercial, shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets on a 21-year lease (extendable for another 21 years). Annual increase in rent: 8% compound. Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession. Building construction to follow local construction bye-laws.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-09 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (also available on Zoom).
Submission of bids: On or before 2026-10-19 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
Technical bid opening: 2026-10-19 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions and plot lists are available on the PPRA website and REDAMCO website (www.redamco.com). Bidders to submit sealed bids with required bid security and non-refundable commitment fee as specified below. Separate bids for each plot; conditional bids without specified bid security will be rejected. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
