Pakistan Navy (CMES) Tender: Prequalification for Utility & Miscellaneous Works in E-8 Islamabad & Lahore — Deadline 2026-10-19

Issuer: Pakistan Navy, Military Engineer Services (CMES (N) ISLD/LHR). CMES (N) ISLD/LHR invites applications with credentials for prequalification of firms/contractors for issuance of tenders for multiple utility and miscellaneous works in Islamabad (Sector E-8) and Lahore under PPRA Rules-2004 (Clauses 13, 15, 16).

Eligibility and required documents: Firms/contractors enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher or enlisted with other government departments with relevant experience may apply. Applicants must provide details of similar works executed (including sponsor, contract amount, completion period, physical progress and performance report), list of movable & immovable assets, personnel (skilled/unskilled), machinery/equipment, bank statement, General Sales Tax (GST) registration, NTN certificate, and other credentials. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with renewal of registration for the year 2026.

How to apply: Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from CMES (N) ISLD/LHR, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Applications will be scrutinized and tenders issued only to pre-qualified firms/contractors.

Submission deadline and opening: Tenders must be received at CMES (N) ISLD/LHR, Sector E-8, Islamabad by 11:30 hours on 2026-10-19. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours; contractors may witness the opening.
