Eligibility: Passed HSSC (Pre‑Medical) or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks, and at least 50% marks in UHS‑UGAT 2026. Candidates who have qualified MDCAT‑2026 with a minimum of 50% may apply on the basis of their MDCAT‑2026 score in lieu of UHS‑UGAT‑2026.
Application procedure & fees: Apply online at https://portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission using a verified email account. Upload required documents and pay processing fee of Rs.1,000 per program plus UGAT fee Rs.3,000. No UGAT fee is required if candidate has qualified MDCAT‑2026. Each program requires a separate application; fees are non‑refundable.
UHS‑UGAT 2026 (Phase II): Sunday, 2026-10-18; Time 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon; Duration 2 hours; Paper: 100 MCQs — English 25, Biology 25, Chemistry 25, Physics 25.
Merit calculation: SSC/Equivalent 10% + HSSC Pre‑Medical/Part‑I or Equivalent 40% + UHS‑UGAT 2026 / MDCAT‑2026 50% = 100%.
