Tender: Development Works at Babri Banda Model Village — Tehsil Gumbat, District Kohat

Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil Gumbat, District Kohat invites sealed tenders through ePADS for developmental works at Babri Banda Model Village under MRS-2025 (1st Biannual) / Non-MRS items on single-stage single-envelope basis. Eligible government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2025-26 may apply.

Eligibility & Requirements: Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with relevant specialization codes (including solar works where applicable); enlistment/registration with C&W Department; registration with the Electrical Inspectorate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (where applicable); valid FBR NTN and Sales Tax registration; registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for Provincial Sales Tax as required. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost is mandatory.

How to Apply: Tender documents and bid submission shall be through the ePADS system. Bid documents can be downloaded from the ePADS portal and KPPRA website. Original bid security and required documents must be delivered as instructed in the tender documents. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules; rates may be quoted as percentage above, below or at par with the engineer estimate. Bids are valid for 90 days from closing date.
