Tender: Supply of Office Stationery & Other Store Items — Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG)

Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG), G-10/4, Islamabad invites bids for procurement of office stationery and other store items through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System.

Method of procurement: Single Stage - One Envelope. Bids must be submitted via E-Procurement / E-PAD and shall include financial and technical proposals as required.

Eligibility: Reputed firms with active GST and Income Tax numbers, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and having offices/stock in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Submit name, CNIC, GST number and details of experience with government/semi-government organizations. A certificate and affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted must be provided.

Earnest money: 3% of the estimated value must be deposited as Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of IMCG (PG) G-10/4 Islamabad. The earnest money must be uploaded with the bid via E-PAD and the original must be submitted to the college Accounts Office before 10:00 AM on the closing date.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted/uploaded on E-PAD by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-21. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the Office of IMCG (PG), G-10/4 Islamabad (representatives of firms may attend). In unavoidable circumstances the opening may be moved to the next working day as per schedule.

All applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid under PPRA Rule 33(1).
