Auction: Sealed Bids for Exportable Trophy Hunting Permits — Himalayan Ibex (Chitral)

Chief Conservator Wildlife, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible bidders/outfitters for sealed bids to auction exportable trophy hunting permits for Himalayan Ibex. Bidding will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure via the EPADS online portal.

Key instructions: Bid solicitation documents, evaluation criteria and TORs are available for download from the EPADS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and standard bidding documents are available on the KPPRA website. Interested bidders must register on EPADS to obtain a user name and password. Physical copies of bids are not acceptable unless specifically required; scanned copies submitted through EPADS are accepted where applicable. Bids must include the required CDR as bid security. A pre-bid meeting (physical & online as feasible) with prospective bidders will be held on 2026-10-03 at 10:30 AM at the office of Chief Conservator Wildlife KP. All taxes, duties, cess, commissions and fees are payable by the bidder. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
