Key requirements and conditions:
- Valid NTN certificate, GST certificate and professional tax certificate.
- Income tax returns for the last three (03) years.
- Satisfactory performance/completion certificates for government projects completed during the last three (03) years.
- Electricity charges, cleanliness and maintenance of the operational area to be borne by the successful company.
- The quoted amount shall be exclusive of applicable Income Tax (10%). The successful bidder shall submit monthly CPRA's as proof of tax payment.
- Technical and financial bids must be sealed in separate envelopes, clearly marked, and reach the office of the undersigned before 11:30 AM on 25-October-2026.
- PWCAA reserves the right to reject any/all bids or terminate the contract for non-performance in accordance with applicable government rules.
