Tender: Repair & Renovation of Abdul Sattar Edhi International Hockey Stadium, Karachi

Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) invites sealed proposals on a Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure from contracting firms for the repair & renovation of Abdul Sattar Edhi International Hockey Stadium at Karachi. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant codes and categories valid until 30.06.2027 and submit bids based on MES Schedule of Rates-2021 on percentage basis.

Key requirements and conditions:

- The firm must meet the evaluation criteria mentioned in the bidding documents.

- Audit reports for the last three years duly audited by a firm of Chartered Accountants must be provided.

- Income tax returns for the last three years must be provided.

- Details / proof of National Tax Number (NTN) / proof of ATL must be provided.

- Affidavit on judicial stamp paper duly notarized declaring the firm has not been blacklisted by any government / autonomous body.

- Earnest money / bid security in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit in favor of Honorary Treasurer, PHF must be attached with the bidding documents (Technical Proposal) otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive.

Proposals must reach the office of Section Officer (General), Ministry of IPC on or before 20 October 2026 by 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the Committee Room of Ministry of IPC, 2nd Floor, Khosar Block, Islamabad.
