This public notice informs the general public that Mr. Hunain Bhangda has instituted Suit No. 1767 of 2026 before the learned Court of Senior Civil Judge‑VIII, Karachi (East) against Mr. Nadeem Akhtar Siddiqui seeking specific performance of an Agreement of Sale dated 22-12-2025 in respect of Plot No. 43‑8/A, measuring 1000 square yards, bearing Survey Sheet No. 35‑P/1, situated in Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society (PECHS), Karachi.

A Notice of Lis Pendens under Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 was registered before the office of the Sub‑Registrar vide entry dated 23-06-2026, and a caution has been affixed/endorsed against the subject property. The public is warned that any person entering into any agreement, paying earnest money, rent or any consideration in relation to the subject property will do so at their own cost and risk; such transactions will be considered unauthorized and unenforceable and parties will be liable for legal consequences.
