Sealed-Bid Auction: Exportable Himalayan Ibex Trophy Permits (Chitral) — Chief Conservator Wildlife KP

The Chief Conservator Wildlife, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) invites eligible registered bidders/outfitters to participate in a national competitive sealed-bid auction for exportable trophy hunting permits of Himalayan Ibex (Capra sibirica). Bidding will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulations, 2014. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk).

Bid solicitation documents, detailed descriptions, evaluation criteria and TORs are available for download from the EPADS website (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) until the bid submission deadline. Interested bidders must register on EPADS to obtain a username and password and submit scanned copies of their bids and mandatory documents on EPADS on or before the deadline. Physical bid security in original form (CDR) must be submitted in the name of Chief Conservator Wildlife KP. Bids sent by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted.

Pre-bid meeting (physical & online as feasible) with prospective bidders: 2026-10-03 at 10:30 AM at the office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP. CDRs must be in Pakistani Rupees and issued by a scheduled bank (written bank guarantee acceptable; microfinance and other financial institutions excluded). All taxes, duties, fees and expenses related to disposal and bid submission are the responsibility of bidders. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
