Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Renovation & Upgradation of Multipurpose Hall, PSB Coaching Centre Karachi

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination). Inviting applications through EPADS from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant codes and categories (valid up to 30.06.2027) for the following project.

How to apply: Download and submit bidding documents via EPADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Tender notice and documents are also available on PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Applications should be submitted through EPADS-2.0 along with complete information, technical and financial proposals in accordance with bidding instructions.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Firm must meet evaluation criteria mentioned in bidding documents.
• Audit reports of last three years duly audited by a firm of Chartered Accountants must be provided.
• Income tax returns for the last three years must be provided.
• Details/proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) must be provided.
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper duly notarized stating the firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security/earnest money shall be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
• One hard copy of the technical proposal (not financial proposal) as uploaded on EPADS shall be submitted. In case of differences, the documents/information as envisaged in downloaded proposals shall prevail.
• Scan copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original must be submitted to the undersigned before closing date and time; otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
