Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Lahore Cantonment Board (LCB). Purpose: Open public auction to replace existing superstructure of 29 bus stop shelters with modern Bus Queue Shelters (BQS) and to grant advertisement rights on specified spaces.

Key terms and conditions:
- Successful bidder is responsible for replacement/reconstruction according to design/sample approved by the Cantt Executive Officer.
- Advertisement dimensions and display locations must be approved by the CEO/Board; materials outside approved areas or exceeding dimensions will be removed at the advertiser's risk and cost.
- No obscene, politically offensive or otherwise undesirable advertisements will be permitted.
- In case of road expansion, sewerage works, or other development requiring removal of any Bus Stop Shelter, the advertiser will not claim compensation or alternative space; charges for the removed shelter will not be recovered for the remaining contract period.
- Advertiser is responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of each Bus Stop Shelter and must visit shelters daily to remove pasted posters and offensive writings.
- Disputes will be referred to DML&C Lahore Region under the Arbitration Act, 1940; the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
