National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications on deputation basis from qualified, motivated and experienced officers of Federal and Provincial Governments and Autonomous Bodies for the post of Assistant Private Secretary / Assistant.

Post	Assistant Private Secretary / Assistant
Who may apply	Regular government officials from Federal/Provincial Government organizations / Autonomous Bodies on same scale, seeking appointment on deputation.
Qualification	Second class or Grade C Bachelor degree from a university recognized by HEC.
Experience	Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience for Assistant Private Secretary/Assistant or equivalent.
Skills	For Assistant Private Secretary: shorthand/typing speed approx. 100/50 w.p.m respectively, computer literate, good command in office noting/drafting. For Assistant: computer literate, good command in office noting/drafting. Experience in education or TVET sector will be preferred.
Place of Posting	NAVTTC Headquarters, Islamabad; regional/sub-offices anywhere in Pakistan.
