National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) issues a notice of hearing for the semi‑annual review of the approved Incremental Consumption Package (ICP). NEPRA approved the ICP by decision dated 2025-12-09 and the scheme was notified on 2025-12-10. The Ministry of Energy (Power Division) provided information for a semi‑annual review covering incremental consumption, month‑wise generation, month‑wise consumption, benefited consumers, and hourly system marginal cost.
