M. Procurement invites sealed tenders for supply of technical stores on F.O.R Karachi basis from reputable firms registered with Pakistan tax authorities. Tender fee Rs.1,500; single-stage, one-envelope procedure. Offers must remain valid for at least 90 days from the bid opening date. Earnest money of 2% of the total quoted value (bank draft/pay order/deposit) must be submitted with quotations. Income tax and GST will be deducted as per prevailing rules.

Issuance of tender documents: Obtain documents Mon–Fri 09:00–15:45 from the office at Plot #173, ST #26, DHA Phase-VIII, Karachi by submitting an application on company letterhead with a Pay Order of Rs.1,500 (non-refundable) in favour of "Account Officer P.O. BOX 1138, Islamabad". Submit GST/NTN registration certificate copy. Cheques and cash are not acceptable for the tender fee. Documents available until 2026-10-19.
Submission requirements: Submit quotations with 2% earnest money (bank draft/pay order/deposit). Quotations without required earnest money will be rejected.
