Tender: Procurement of Hybrid Sunflower Seeds for 15,000 Acres — Agriculture Extension Directorate Peshawar

Directorate General of Agriculture Extension, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites sealed bids for the procurement of Hybrid Sunflower Seeds for the year 2026-27 under ADP/AIP/Non-ADP schemes as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.

Eligibility & submission method: Interested firms/management firms/companies/corporations registered with FSc&RD, FBR, KPRA and other relevant Provincial & Federal Government registration authorities may apply. Bids must follow Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure and be submitted through the E-PAK acquisition and disposal system (EPADS). Standard bidding documents and detailed terms are available from the office of the Director General against a non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 3,000.

Key dates and bid security: Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-06 at 11:30 AM. Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-12, 11:00 AM; bids will be opened same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 2% of the total tender value, payable in the name of Director General Agriculture Extension Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, must be uploaded with financial bids via EPADS and the original CDR submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below.

Rates and delivery: Quoted rates must include transportation charges for delivery and installation at farmer sites across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Districts as identified by District Directors. All applicable taxes will be deducted at source.
