SIFC Islamabad Tender: Stationery & Miscellaneous Items (FY 2026–27)

Cabinet Secretariat — Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Islamabad invites sealed electronic tenders from registered firms/suppliers (Sales Tax & Income Tax registration) for supply/provision of stationery and miscellaneous items for FY 2026–2027. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPDAS and will be opened as stated below.

Submission & opening: Electronic bids submitted on or before 2026-10-20 by 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids must follow the bidding documents and include required bid security instruments.

Key conditions:

• Rates quoted must remain valid until 2027-06-30.
• Income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source as per rules.
• GST and AGPR Vendor number should be clearly written on tender documents.
• e-Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions are available on EPDAS: https://procure.gov.pk.
• Original bid security instrument must be submitted to the Deputy Director (General), SIFC, Islamabad before bid closing hours; cheques will not be accepted.
• Blacklisted firms will not be entertained; procurement will be made as per requirement and PPRA rules. The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders.
• All items to be delivered within two (02) days from issuance of purchase/supply order. Firms must provide Income & Sales Tax Registration Certificates with active taxpayer status.
