Tender: Outsourcing Rental Contracts for Hostel Mess & Utility Store — Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar

Lady Reading Hospital (MTI) Peshawar invites sealed bids from registered firms with Income/Sales tax reflected on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for outsourcing the following rental contracts. Tender documents must reach LRH-MTI Peshawar by the stated submission deadlines at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room/AHD office in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Tender fee: PKR 5,000 (non-refundable) payable to MCB Bank, LRH Receipts account No: 347608141003952. A separate fee must be submitted with each tender.

Bid security: Original CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Hospital Director, Lady Reading Hospital MTI Peshawar. The original CDR and tender fee (hard copy) must be submitted to the hospital on or before the tender opening; otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive.

Eligibility & conditions: Firms must be registered and listed on the FBR ATL. Registration with KPRA is mandatory where applicable. Bidders must comply with Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). Any bidder providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information will be disqualified. Successful bidders will be liable for all applicable government taxes and duties. LRH FTN Number: 9050181. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 after giving valid reason.
