Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura invites bids through the ePADS (e-procure) system for multiple supply packages. Registered firms having Income Tax & Sales Tax registration and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to submit bids. Procurement will follow Single Stage–Single Envelope Procedure of Public Procurement Rules.
Key submission details:
- Only bids submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS / e-procure) will be entertained. Bid security must be submitted physically in the office of the Divisional Superintendent Workshops, Moghalpura before the tender closing time. Bidders must also upload a complete scanned copy of the bid in EPADS.
- Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the e-procure portal (https://e-procure.gov.pk). Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted on EPADS as per the published schedule.
