Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from reputable manufacturers/firms/companies (authorized distributors registered with Income Tax Department). Competitive bidding will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of PPR. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website and EPADS (ep.punjab.gov.pk).
