The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites unconditional online bids (including joint ventures where eligible) for hiring contractors to provide secondary waste transportation to dumpsites for a period of one year (extendable to another one year). The bidding procedure will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 38(2)(a) — single-stage, two-envelope, least-cost selection.
Bidding documents are published on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Prospective bidders may view and download the bidding documents and must submit bid security online as per e-Procurement guidelines. Financial proposals and bid submission will be handled through the e-Procurement portal. A pre-bid / bid timetable and detailed instructions are available in the bidding documents.
