Municipal Committee Daud Khel Tender Notice — Development Schemes via Punjab E-Procurement

Municipal Committee Daud Khel invites bids as per PPRA rules for procurement for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted exclusively through Punjab E-Procurement. Method: Single Stage Single Envelope. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab Engineering Council for FY 2026-27 in the relevant category/codes. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement portal or the Punjab PPRA website. Bid security must be submitted digitally; detailed instructions are available on the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Performance guarantee and other conditions apply as per prevailing government rules and the bidding documents. The Competent Authority may reject any or all bids before approval/acceptance.

Submission and opening schedule:

- Bid submission on Punjab E-Procurement: from date of publication until 2024-10-15, 12:30 PM.

- Bid opening on Punjab E-Procurement: 2024-10-15, 01:30 PM at the office of NIC Daud Khel in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Only eligible bidders as defined in the bidding documents may participate. In case of arithmetical or typing mistakes, original documents shall be considered. Successful bidder will be required to conduct quality control tests at their own expense.
