Any person, bank or organization having any objection (claim, inheritance, mortgage, dispute, gift, lease, lien, charge, maintenance, easement or otherwise) on this purchase must inform the undersigned in writing with proof within 15 days of publication of this notice. Claims received after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
