Punjab MassTransit Authority (PMA) invites prequalification applications from experienced Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their principal representatives for the manufacture, supply and associated services for nine‑meter (9m) pure electric city buses to be inducted in Lahore Division.
Scope and key requirements:

| 1 | Manufacture and supply of pure electric city buses of nine (9) meter length, along with associated slow and fast chargers, spare parts, tools and diagnostic equipment, all covered by warranty as defined in the Prequalification Document. |
| 2 | Fulfil obligations related to service performance, including maintenance supervision, driver and maintenance training programs, after‑sales service, registration, licensing and related services for each bus as detailed in the Prequalification Document. |
How to apply: Prequalification Applications must be submitted electronically via the Punjab eProcurement/EPA DS portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Applicants must register on the PPRA/EPADS portal; registration and guidance are available on the portal. The Prequalification Document and instructions can be downloaded from the PMA and provincial e‑procurement websites.
Submission deadline: Applications must be submitted on or before 2024-07-16 at 12:00 PM (PST). Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM (PST).
