RFP: Consultancy Services for Establishment of Mother & Child Hospital, Dera Ismail Khan

Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, Office of the Executive Engineer Mega Projects (South-II), Dera Ismail Khan.

Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) from shortlisted C&W Department (Building Sector) consulting firms for construction supervision consultancy for the Establishment of Mother and Child Hospital, D.I. Khan under ADP 2026-27.

Selection method: Quality-and-cost-based selection (CCBS).

Eligibility: Shortlisted consulting firms of C&W Department (Building Sector). Preference in evaluation to firms with substantial experience in design and supervision/construction management of government hospital buildings and healthcare facilities. All bidders must be registered with KPRA in accordance with KPPRA Rules.

How to obtain RFP/TORs: RFP Documents/Terms of Reference available from the office of the undersigned during office hours on any working day before the closing date upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000/-.

How to submit: Submit electronic bids through EPADS and deliver one original Technical Proposal and one original Financial Proposal in separate sealed envelopes to the office of XEN C&W Mega Projects (South-I), Dera Ismail Khan. Venue for submission of sealed proposals: Office of Executive Engineer Mega Projects (South-II), near C&W Office Shah Alam Chowk, Dera Ismail Khan.
