Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Revamping & HVAC Works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) invites bids through the e-Procurement/EPADS system from reputed contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for revamping, refurbishment and related works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad, including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (HVAC) for Amir Khan Boxing Academy and Hamidi Hall.

Key instructions and eligibility: Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and submit applications/bids through the EPADS portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must provide valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, original power of attorney/attestation as required, and an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper regarding firm status. The bid security/earnest money must be submitted as a bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board.

Important dates: Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours. The last date/time for submission of bids is 2026-10-20 at 11:00 hours, with technical bids opened at 11:30 hours the same day. Envelopes labelled “Price Bid” of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened.
