Public Auction of Vehicles and Assets — Human Development Foundation Pakistan

Human Development Foundation (HDF) - Pakistan invites sealed bids through a public auction for disposal of vehicles and other assets.

Key auction terms and instructions:

- Inspection: Prospective bidders may inspect the vehicles/items at the locations specified by HDF prior to the auction.

- Submission/Inspection hours: Bids and inspections are accepted between 09:00 and 17:00.

- Earnest money: A refundable security deposit of PKR 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) must be submitted with each bid. Deposit must be paid by pay order/bank draft in favour of Human Development Foundation Pakistan.

- Payment: The successful bidder must pay the remaining balance within three (03) working days of award.

- Bid format: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and should include bidder contact details and a copy of the bidder's CNIC.

- Rights: HDF reserves the right to accept or reject any bid(s) and to cancel the auction process.

- Miscellaneous: Detailed terms and the list of lots/vehicles are available from HDF. Interested parties should submit their sealed bids to the Foundation at the address provided by HDF and may contact HDF for further instructions.
