Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) Islamabad invites applications through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C.) in the relevant categories (registration valid up to 2027-06-30) for the following project.

Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. The notice is also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS along with complete information including technical and financial proposals in accordance with instructions to bidders. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
Mandatory conditions / instructions:

| 4 | Bid security / earnest money shall be in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR issued from bank account of the firm in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. |
| 5 | One copy of technical proposal (hard form) as uploaded on EPADS shall be submitted. In case of difference, documents uploaded on EPADS will prevail. |
| 6 | Scan copy of bid security shall be uploaded with the technical proposal and original must be submitted to the undersigned before closing date and time, otherwise bid will be considered non-responsive. |
| 7 | Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours. |
| 8 | Envelopes of Price Bid of bidders who fail to qualify shall be returned unopened. |
| 9 | Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. |
| 10 | Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions. |
