HDF Pakistan Public Auction – Sealed Bids for Used Vehicles (Deadline 2026-10-19)

Issuer: Human Development Foundation – Pakistan (HDF). HDF invites sealed bids for disposal of used motor vehicles through public auction.

Purpose: Sale of multiple vehicles owned by HDF. Interested bidders may inspect vehicles at the address below prior to bid submission.

Key auction terms:

• Inspection: Vehicles may be inspected at the specified address from 09:00 to 17:00 prior to the submission deadline.
• Submission: Sealed offers must be submitted by 19-October-2026 at 15:00 (3:00 PM).
• Earnest money / security deposit: PKR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) refundable, to be submitted as a pay order or demand draft in favor of Human Development Foundation – Pakistan.
• Successful bidder: Must make full payment within five (5) working days of notification; vehicle will be released after clearance of funds and completion of transfer formalities.
• Reserve prices and vehicle details are specified by HDF; bidders are responsible for their own inspection and due diligence before submitting offers.
• HDF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to withdraw any vehicle from the auction without assigning any reason.
