PDOHA Karachi Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of 1000 KVA Transformer (Turnkey)

Issuer: Executive Director Procurement, Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), Karachi.

PDOHA Karachi invites sealed bids from K-Electric approved firms registered under Income Tax/Sales Tax laws for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 1000 KVA transformer (per K-Electric latest specifications) and other supporting electrical equipment on a turnkey basis at DHA Karachi.

Important instructions:

- Bids must be submitted on a single-procedure basis comprising three envelopes (Prequalification, Technical & Financial Bids). Prequalification, technical and financial bids are invited from eligible manufacturers/suppliers as per the stated requirements.

- Bidding documents and technical specifications can be obtained from the Office of the Procurement Directorate, DHA Head Office on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed bid document fee in the form of a Pay Order (non-refundable) in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority.

- Sealed proposals must be submitted to the undersigned office by 15 October 2026 at 10:30 hours. Prequalification, technical and financial proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

- PDOHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations. Tenders received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
