Submission method and deadline: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 2026-10-20 at 10:30 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bid security and validity: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft. Bid validity period is 60 days.
