Invitation to Bid — PCC Laying on Streets of Dhutto Basti (Chak No.39/GB, Satyana), District Council Faisalabad

District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers for the construction work listed below through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).

Eligibility & Conditions: Detailed bidding documents, technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost/value must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS; physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees) will not be accepted. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure. Incomplete, incorrect, corrupted, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids shall be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
