Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) invites interested individuals/firms to participate in an open auction of used vehicles on an "As Is, Where Is" basis.

Auction date & time: 2026-10-19 at 01:00 PM. Venue: PMDFC Office, House No. 184, Scotch Corner, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore.
Registration & participation: Interested bidders must bring a recent passport-size photograph and a copy of their valid CNIC on the day of auction; original CNIC shall be produced for verification. A separate Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 3% of the reserve price for each vehicle (as listed under Bid Security) in favor of Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is required for participation in that lot.
Payment & award: The successful bidder shall deposit one-third (1/3) of the accepted price immediately upon acceptance of bid. The remaining amount must be paid within the time specified by PMDFC (as per auction terms) or the deposit will be forfeited and the vehicle re-auctioned. CDRs of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the auction proceedings.
Other terms: Vehicles are offered on an "As Is, Where Is" basis. All applicable taxes, duties, transfer/registration charges, transportation and removal costs shall be borne by the successful bidder. PMDFC reserves the right to accept/reject any bid and to cancel or modify the auction procedures.
